The living area features a bright, open layout, 20ft ceilings, modern furnishings, and a 65" smart TV.

The kitchen is well stocked, complete with a drip coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided.) Kitchen also includes cooking basics, an array of appliances, and dishes & silverwear.

Located up the spiral staircase in the loft, the bedroom includes a queen bed, a 55" Roku smart TV. A clothing closet and hangers are provided. Extra pillows and blankets are also available.

Located up the spiral staircase in the loft, the bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.  A Hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper are provided.

• Maximum of 2 guests.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No parties, events or large gatherings.

• This property is not suitable for infants/children. The windows open and there are no screens or window guards.
• Ring cameras are located at the exterior door for safety.
• Carbon monoxide & smoke detectors.
• Contactless check in/check out.
• Fire Extinguisher on property.
• First Aid kit provided.

For bookings created over 5 days before arrival:

• 50% of total payment is due at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due no less than 5 days prior to arrival date.

For bookings created less than 5 days before arrival:

• 100% of payment is due at the time of booking.

A security deposit of $100 is due 5 days before arrival and will be categorized as a "hold" on your card. This hold will be released within 3 days of check out, pending a property walk through.

We know that things come up and travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival:

• Guests will receive a full refund of payments received.

Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before arrival:

• Guests will receive a refund of 50% of payments received.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival:

• No refunds will be given.

Any held security deposit will also be released at the time of cancellation.
