Located on the main floor, this room offers plentiful seating for your entire group and includes a 65" Roku smart TV.

Located on the 2nd floor, this space has a balcony overlooking the neighborhood communal green space, a 50" Roku smart TV, a vinyl record player, and a futon that sleeps 1. 

Located on the main floor, this well-stocked area is complete with a drip coffee maker and an electric tea kettle (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar is provided. Kitchen also includes cooking basics, an array of appliances, and dishes & silverwear.

Located on the main floor, this area includes a large table that seats 8.

Located on the main floor, the primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a 50" Roku smart TV, a large walk-in closet with hangers, and black out curtains for a restful night of sleep. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity.

Located on the second floor, bedroom #2 includes a queen bed complete with soft, high-quality linens and plenty of pillows, and black out curtains for a restful night of sleep. Extra pillows and blankets are available.

Located on the second floor, bedroom #3 includes a queen bed complete with soft, high-quality linens and plenty of pillows, and black out curtains for a restful night of sleep. Extra pillows and blankets are available.

Located on the second floor, bedroom #4 includes a queen bed complete with soft, high-quality linens and plenty of pillows, and black out curtains for a restful night of sleep. Extra pillows and blankets are available.

There are three bathrooms throughout the home that are fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Hair dryers, towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies are available for use.

• Must be 25 years old to book.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No parties, events or large gatherings.
• Quiet hours are from 11pm and 7am.
• No parking on grass.

• Ring cameras are located outside of the home for safety.
• Carbon monoxide & smoke detectors.
• Contactless check in/check out.
• Fire Extinguisher on property.
• First Aid kit provided.

For bookings created over 30 days before arrival:

• 50% of total payment is due at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

For bookings created less than 30 days before arrival:

• 100% of payment is due at the time of booking.

A security deposit of $300 is due 7 days before arrival and will be categorized as a "hold" on your card. This hold will be released within 3 days of check out, pending a property walk through.

We know that things come up and travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival:

• Guests will receive a full refund of payments received.

Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before arrival:

• Guests will receive a refund of 50% of payments received.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival:

• No refunds will be given.

Any held security deposit will also be released at the time of cancellation.
